Shota Tchigladze is an experienced boxing coach with a track record of success training both professional and amateur boxers. He is skilled in delivering tailored workouts, providing technical guidance, and fostering a positive, competitive training environment. Shota is passionate about mentoring and motivating boxers to reach their full potential. He is proficient in boxing technique, strength and conditioning, and nutritional guidance. He has guided young boxers to national championships.

Shota Tchigladze was born in Georgia (former Soviet Union) in 1976. He began his boxing career at the age of ten, competing in national and international championships—winning the Georgian Championship multiple times and the Youth Championship of the Soviet Union.

At age 23, after moving from Georgia to Boston, Massachusetts, Shota won the New England Golden Gloves in 2001 and 2004, as well as the New England Bud Belt Championship and many other national tournaments. He served as a sparring partner to many elite world-class fighters. In 2010, Shota was selected as a sparring partner for legendary world champion Bernard “The Executioner” Hopkins.
